For a long time, I thought I was following a 80/20 diet. Now, with PURE, I realized I've been deceiving myself. 😳 I've been successfully convincing myself that I have "cheat weeks" - and they are exceptions to the rule. Hello! I'm participating in the PURE online course, and I am so incredibly happy that I joined PURE.❤️ I've tried numerous diets in my life, and only now does it truly feel like I can create lifelong habits and improvements with this advice. I've become completely "hooked" on green smoothies and I can't understand why I hadn't tried them earlier... They are so delicious and, at least for me, they keep hunger at bay very well!
